Terms of Service

Last updated: 16 July 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Sellecomm website and services. By purchasing our services or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our services

Sellecomm provides digital marketing services, which may include search engine optimisation, paid advertising, social media and content marketing, email marketing, lead generation, marketplace and ecommerce marketing, automation, and website development. The specific scope of each engagement will be confirmed with you before work begins.

2. Engagement and scope

Service scope, deliverables, and timelines are agreed in advance. Work beyond the agreed scope may be subject to additional fees, confirmed with you before it is carried out.

3. Fees and payment

  • Monthly service fees (retainers) are billed in advance and are due at the start of each billing cycle.
  • One-time setup or onboarding fees are billed at the start of the engagement.
  • Usage-based fees (for example, per-minute AI voice charges) are billed according to the terms of the relevant service.
  • Advertising spend (ad budget) is separate from our service fees and is paid directly to the advertising platform (such as Google, Meta, or Amazon).
  • Fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes, including GST where applicable, which will be added where required.

4. No guarantee of specific results

Digital marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, competition, and third-party platform policies. While we apply professional expertise and best practices, we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads, sales, or revenue figures.

5. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, timely access to any required accounts and assets, and prompt feedback and approvals. Delays in providing these may affect timelines and results.

6. Third-party platforms

Our services often rely on third-party platforms (such as advertising networks, analytics tools, and marketplaces). We are not responsible for changes, outages, or policy decisions made by these platforms.

7. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables created specifically for you transfers to you, except for any third-party materials, licensed assets, or our own pre-existing tools, templates, and methodologies, which remain our property or that of their respective owners.

8. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to keep the other's confidential information private and to use it only for the purpose of the engagement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from our services shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the service giving rise to the claim in the preceding one (1) month. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Fees for work already performed remain payable.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
