Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for our services. Because we provide professional services rather than physical products, the following terms apply.

1. Monthly services (retainers)

Monthly services are billed in advance. You may cancel an ongoing service by giving at least 30 days' written notice before your next billing date. Your service will continue until the end of the current paid period, after which no further charges will apply. Fees already paid for the current period are non-refundable once work for that period has commenced.

2. Setup and onboarding fees

One-time setup and onboarding fees cover work performed at the start of an engagement (such as configuration, integration, and go-live) and are non-refundable once that work has begun.

3. Usage-based fees

Usage-based charges (for example, per-minute AI voice usage) reflect services already delivered and are non-refundable.

4. Advertising spend

Advertising budgets are paid directly to the advertising platforms and are separate from our service fees. Any refund of unspent ad budget is subject to the policies of the relevant platform, not Sellecomm.

5. Website development projects

Website and development projects are quoted individually. Any deposit covers initial work and is non-refundable once the project has started. Remaining terms are set out in the individual project agreement.

6. Requesting a cancellation

To cancel a service, please email us at sellecomm1@gmail.com. We will confirm your cancellation in writing.

7. Exceptions

If you believe there has been a billing error or you have not received a service you paid for, please contact us and we will review your request in good faith.
